1 scope
this standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging and storage of cold made high-strength and fast drying starch adhesive
this standard is applicable to the cold high-strength and fast drying starch adhesive for carton bonding, which is prepared by Changzhou cubic Energy Technology Co., Ltd. through the process of gelatinization, gelatinization and networking. (hereinafter referred to as adhesive)

3 technical requirements

4.2.1 determination of total alkalinity
4.2.1.1 original amount:
titrate the adhesive with phenolphthalein as the indicator and hydrochloric acid standard solution, and the solution turns from red to colorless as the end point
4.2.1.2 reagents and solutions

4.2.1.3 test steps

4.2.4 determination of bonding time
4.2.4.1 bonded paperboard
take more than 250g/m2 box board paper as the facing paper, cut it into 50mm wide and 1000mm long strips, take 180g/m2 high-strength corrugated paper, cut it into 50mm wide and 1300mm long strips, process it into 50mm wide and 1000mm long corrugated paper according to the production scale of the carton according to the shrinkage rate of 30%, then brush the adhesive according to the amount of no more than 120g per 1m2, and then measure the bonding speed
4.2.4.2 determination of fiber destruction time
when the paperboard is coated with adhesive, it starts to count with a stopwatch. After 20s, it starts to peel by hand, once every 5S, once every time, 50mm long. When there is fuzzing at the bonding place, it is the time of fiber destruction
4.2.4.3 determination of initial adhesion time
after the bonded paperboard destroys the fiber, peel it once every 10s, with a length of 50mm each time. After the bonding place is completely fuzzed, the time from the bonding paperboard to the required time is the initial adhesion time
4.2.4.4 determination of full adhesion time
after the initial adhesion, continue to peel off, 50mm each time, once every 1min, until the bonding place is completely bonded, and the time required to not open the glue from the bonded paperboard to this time is the full adhesion time

5 inspection rules
5.1 the adhesive must be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and attached with a certificate of conformity before leaving the factory
5.2 the delivery inspection is the appearance and viscosity
5.3 type inspection is the whole content of this standard
5.4 type inspection shall be carried out under one of the following circumstances:
a. timing of trial production and finalization of new products
b. normal production shall not be less than once a year
c. when production is resumed after a year of shutdown
d. when there are major changes in raw materials and processes of products, which may affect product quality
e. there is a significant difference between the ex factory inspection and the last type inspection
f. when the quality supervision department puts forward the requirements for type inspection
5.5 the same feeding is a batch
5.6 sampling is random sampling, the total amount of sampling is not less than 1kg, and the average test sample is formed after uniform mixing. Store in the bottle with the grinding cap

6 marks, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 marks
the outer packaging of adhesive shall be marked with product name, factory name, address, net quality, executive standard, production date, shelf life and main ingredients. And there should be provisions of gb190
6.2 transportation and storage
the storage and transportation should be covered, rainproof, sunscreen, antifreeze, and the shelf life is half a month
